He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lockard and Bertha Lockard (Carter); his son Robert Lockard; his wife Faith; his stepdaughter Karen McGowen; and his siblings, Mike, Paul Lockard and Sandy Cripe.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Lockard (Angela) and Brad Lockard (Shelda); his stepdaughter Christine Miller (Terry); his siblings, Patti Lambert (Charlie), Anita Shelley (John) and Rusty Lockard (Sherry); his grandchildren, Rachel Lockard, Kylie Lockard, Nathan Lockard, Patrick Brinegar, Donald McGowen (T'Ashley), Brandon McGowen, Christopher Brinegar (Marie), Ricky McGowen (Kirsten), Samuel Miller (Felecia) and Ashley Williams (Joe); and his siblings-in-law, Ted Cripe and Dana Lockard. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
