He was predeceased by: his father Harold S. "Ted" Proctor; and his siblings, Harold Proctor and Cinda Proctor. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Morr Proctor; his wife Robin Proctor; his children, Braiden Proctor and Logan Proctor (Katlyn); and his siblings, Joyce Kirkland (Ronald), Wanda Proctor, Carl Proctor (Lynne) and Terry Proctor (Cheryl). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many other extended family members and adored friends.
