She is survived by: her children, Dawn Gardner (Wayne) and Randy Adkins (Roxie); her siblings, Bruce Smith, Gil Smith, Joyce Pierce, Michael Brown, Debbie Dillion and Connie Carmony; her grandchildren, Scott Adkins, Cody Adkins, Amanda Adkins, Brayden Gardner, Emma Gardner and Mya Gardner; and her daughter-in-law Georgeann Adkins.
