He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Carlson and Bernice Carlson; his son Jason; his sisters, Arlene and Barbara; and his pets, Brittany, Mismatch, Scooter and Sophie.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his sons, Jeremy (Melissa) and Zakery (Erika); his sisters, Sharron and Donna; and his close friends, Bailey and Roxy. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
