David A. Clark Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2023, at the age of 73, David A. Clark of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clark and Eva Clark; and his brothers, James Clark and S. Bradley Clark. He is survived by: his daughter Candice; his siblings, H. Robert Clark (Cynthia), Thomas Clark (Myra) and Carol Stafford (John); and his sister-in-law Judy Clark. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
David battled Lewy Body Dementia for the past several years and would have been honored by anyone making a contribution to the Alzheimer's Association http://act.alz.org.
