He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cook and Edith Cook (Lantz). He is survived by: his sisters, Marsha Edwards and Ellen Nosie (Mike) of Plainfield. He is also survived by 4 nieces and one nephew, plus great nieces and nephews and beloved cousins.
