He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eustice and Dora Faye Davis (Elem); and his brother Don Davis. He is survived by: his wife Cindy LuJuan Townsend; his children, Dustin Davis (Jackie) of New Palestine, IN, Devon McGill (Billy) of Albuquerque, NM, Ethan Davis (Gayle) of Knightstown, IN and Jason Woodburn of Indianapolis, IN; his siblings, Tom Davis (Becky) of McDonough, GA, Danny Davis (Vicki) of Hatfield, AR and Linda Bridges (Bobby) of Imboden, AR; his grandchildren, Hannah and Joseph Woodburn; and his brothers, Josh Davis, Sam and Simeon Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
