He was predeceased by: his father Ronald C. Russell; and his sister Sheila Davis. He is survived by: his mother Jean Russell (Quinn); his wife Barbara M. Russell (Smith); his children, Brent Russell (Stephanie), Courtney Russell and Candice Sanders (Sam); his stepdaughter Amanda Smith; his grandchildren, Madison, Peyton, Hayden, Paisleigh and Priscilla; and his stepsister Cindy Wynn (Duane).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Flanner Buchanan Funeral Home (5463 Kentucky Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46221). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial gifts may be made to the American Lung Association or the American Cancer Society.
