He is survived by: his close friend Susan M. Schmidt; his children, Cody McGee, Aaron M. Parrish, David L. Parrish II and Helen S. M. Parrish; his stepfather Robert W. Parrish; his brothers, Robert C. Parrish and Bruce A. Parrish (Rhonda); and his granddaughter Bailey J. Silcox. He is also survived by family members and friends.
