It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Odlesr. (Indianapolis, Indiana), born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lee Odle and Helen Odle-Clay (Robbins). He is survived by: his wife Melaine "Cookie" Odle; his children, David Odle, Jr., Douglas Odle, Amani Odle, DeJanette Davis, Byron Odle, Nicole Wheeler and Tamika Wheeler; and his siblings, Samuel Odle (Alexis), Nita Clay, Alice Clay and Charlotte Dunlap (Will, Sr.). He is also survived by twenty-seven grand-children; twenty great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, yet truly in honor of David's memory, the family kindly requests donations to be sent to the children at the Indianapolis Child Advocates.
