He is survived by: his sister Dianne McInerney (John); his children, Christine Ann Shaul (David) and David Michael (Sandra); his former wife Kathleen Heiser; his stepchildren, David Paul Heiser and Kimberly Fleckenstein; his wife Diana Millirans Phillips; his grandchildren, Thomas Overgaard, Jennifer Stacy (Jeramie), Audrey Goddard (Dustin), Matthew Good (Brandi), Melissa Duff (Mitch) and Amy Good; and his great grandchildren, Christian, Nicholas, Andy, Kinsley, Jeramie Jr., Jacob, Sarai, Cohen, Asher, Eleanora and Ben.
