He is survived by: his children, Carl Williams (Nidia) and Brandis Williams-Smith (Ian); his stepchildren, Tiffany Reynolds (Isreal) and David Lee; and his siblings, Charles J. Williams and Julia Hacquet (John). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
