She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Ross and Philip D Ross Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Richard Downey; her sister Joyce Bastin; her daughters, Christy Harting and Nancy Reed; and her grandchildren, Robert, Daniel, Amber, Tyler, Cameron, Isiaha, Jeremiah, Alijah, Mia, Kyra and Bryon. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
