With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Debra Sanders (Indianapolis, Indiana), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Debra left this world on August 14, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Sanders and Marie Miller; her siblings, Ruby, Lorraine and Wade Satterfield; her sister-in-law Myrtle J. Satterfield; and her grandmother Gertrude.
She is survived by: her son Keenan V. Sanders; and her godchildren, Justin X. Wills and Camaron M. Jackson.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Rita Catholic Church (1733 Dr Andrew J Brown Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at the Crown Hill Cemetery (700 W 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46208).
