He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert L. Cooper, Sr. and Nellie Cooper (Kemplin); his wife Evelyn Cooper; his siblings, Margaret Russell (John), Edith Craze (Brent), Wanda Griffin (Claude), Phyllis Chad, Doris Davis (Kenneth) and Johnny Cooper; and his son Rick Browning.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Wilson (John); his daughter-in-law Carrie Browning; his brother Dink Cooper (Nelda); and his granddaughters, Ashley Dummer (Alex) and Emily Wilson.
