He is survived by: his father Dennis Eugene Hovey of Indianapolis Indiana; his wife Bonnie Hovey; his sons, Devin Russell Sipes and Matthew Christopher Hovey of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his sister Michelle Pitzer (James Pitzer) of Indianapolis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (925 E Hanna Av, Indianapolis, IN 46227).
