He was predeceased by: his father Millard Stephens; and his siblings, Ina Stephens, Wanda Adkins, Faye Hunt and Milford Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Stephens; his children, Christian Stephens (Tracy), Mark Cromlich (Amber) and Karen Hoskins (Danny); his siblings, Ronald Stephens (Martha), Ray Stephens (Linda), Sue Parker, Ann Galloway, Ella Edwards (Ron), Josephine Harvey (Keith), Deborah Vandeventer (Ernie) and Linda McKane (David); and his nephew Elder Dustin Vandeventer. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to any local Veteran charity or to any charity for individuals living with Alzheimer's/Dementia.
