She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Fishburn and Willow Dean Fishburn; her siblings, Eddie Fishburn, Patricia Eads and Barbara Hodges; her siblings' children, Alycia Ann Trauterman, Joyce Burwell, Rick Burwell and Bobbie Collis; and her brother-in-law Fred Thacker.
She is survived by: her husband Jeffery Rose Sr.; her children, Tabitha Lowery (Bryan), Jeffery Rose Jr. (Loretta) and Tara Houchin (Matthew); her grandchildren, Garrett, Patrick, Sophia of Taya, AJ, Jack, Rebbecca, Robert, Lily and Alex; her great grandchildren, Ryder and Kailo; her sister Wilma Thacker; and her close friend Mistie Ohler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
