Don W. Apple Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don W. Apple of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 6, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Joy Apple (Clingerman); his children, Mark Apple, Matt Apple and Angela Trotta (Zeiher); his grandchildren, Meredith Glaze (Logan Glaze), Payton Apple, David Apple, Madeline Schall (Brady Schall), Veronica Apple, Ashley Trotta, Michael Trotta and Joseph Trotta (Eari Trotta); his great grandchildren, Arthur Glaze, Anderson Glaze, Maysen Schall and Asahi Trotta; and his sisters, Nancy (Apple), Brown (Steve Brown) and Gloria Davis (Apple).

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages honoring Don's legacy by supporting youth sports programs or local community organizations.
