He was predeceased by: his parents, Dovie Keith and Gavette Keith (Coblentz); his brother Marshall Lee; his wife Katie Keith; and his stepson Jerry Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Lou Ann Spry (Bill) and Don Keith (Jane); his stepdaughter Brenda Turk (Mike); and his grandchildren, Ashley Stangland (Travis), Abbey Chalfant (Christopher), Allison Keith, Holly Egenolf (Tim), Heidi Griffin (Andrew), Keith Cooper, Darlene Hawk, Amy Kendall, Stacy O'Gara, Charlie Spry (Johnna) and Kevin Spry (Jenny). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
