He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Noah (Miller); and his wife Carolyn Sue Noah (Mayes). He is survived by: his parent Thomas Noah; and his children, Skip Noah, Bryan Noah, Donnia Noah, Richard Noah, Jason Noah and Alicia Parker. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
