He is survived by: his wife Alice Borden of Terre Haute, IN; his children, Curtis Smith of Indianapolis, IN, Tiffany Smith of Flemingsburg, KY, Mary Smith of Terre Haute, IN, Alan Smith (Marci) of Clinton, IN, Erica Smith of Terre Haute, IN and Joseph Smith (Alex) of Terre Haute, IN; and his brother Greg Smith (Liz) of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by 14 grandkids.
