It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Willidean Richard-Storms (Indianapolis, Indiana), born in Selma, Indiana, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Weiss and Inez Weiss; her husband Barney; and her great grandchild Austin (Boyles). She is survived by: her children, Deborah Bartels, Bruce Richard and Julie Stantz (Jerry); and her grandchildren, Christian Cummins, Brandi Bartels-Sims (Ryan Cartwright), Eric Bartels (Melissa), Adam Bartels (Abby), Shane Richard, Nicki Bisel-Floyd, Jeremy Bisel, Justin Bisel (Faith) and Jeff Bisel.
