She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ralph Hopson and Julia Mae Brawley Hopson; her husband Herbert Hoover Bullock Sr.; her children, Michael Bullock and Allison "Al" Bullock; and her daughter-in-law Myrna Bullock.

She is survived by: her children, Cathy Scates, Anthony Bullock (Sharon), LaDonna Bullock, Anita Brown (Gilbert), Herbert "Herbie" Bullock Jr. (Liona), Kevin Bullock and Randall Bullock (Alisha); and her siblings, Helen Cooper, Wesaline Kerr (George), Harold Hopson and Patrick "Pat" Hopson. She is also survived by extended family, dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Crown Hill Funeral Home (700 W 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46208). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
