He was predeceased by: his stepfather Mel Blades; and his grandparents, Albert, Mary Lou Jarrett and Margaret Walters. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelsey Cummings and Kinzlee Cummings; his parents, Jerry Cummings (Kathy) and Sharon Blades; his sister Kathy Lawson; his nephew Scott Lawson; his niece Abby Lawson Wilcox (Josh); his great-nephew Ayden Wilcox; and his pet Reuger. He is also survived by many other family members and "adopted family".
