He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Jr. Floyd and Sue Carol Floyd (White). He is survived by: his wife Tammie Floyd (Caviness); his children, Matthew Floyd (Samantha) and Amanda Snapp (Eddie); his siblings, Mary Whobrey (David), Peggy Petro (Pete) and Steve Floyd; his grandchildren, Eddie Snapp (Lynzie), Olive, Cameron Snapp (Carlee), Crash, Kaylee Snapp "Princess", Hailey Hawkins "Linda", Angelic Redd "Lisa" and Levi Redd; his great grandchildren, Nova Snapp "Sweet pea" and Zayne Snapp "Brutus"; his son Douglas Lee Floyd Jr.; his brothers, Richard, Junior and Ricky Floyd; and his nephew Francis (Bubba). He is also survived by 3 nieces, 1 nephew and many extended family.
