She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fair and Martie Fair (Sweeney); her husband Glenwood B. Mills; her daughters, Veda Sloan and Dianna Elmore; and her grandchildren, Lanita Russell, Ashlea Albertson and Mitchell Lee Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Mills, Anita Bryant, Elaine Maple and Judy Allen; and her pet Socks. She is also survived by many grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, a host of great great grandchildren.
