He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mackell and Loretta Mackell; his sons, Vincent Mackell and Danny Mackell; and his siblings, John Mackelll (Rosemary) and Marie Mackell Dupuis (Larry).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Rogers; his children, Frank (Angie), Jim Bernie (Gorgann), Ellen (Joe) and Janet Jeanne (John); his grandchildren, Samantha, Steve Stephanie (Cassie), Tavish, Calvin, Reid (Courtney), Lauren (Cameron) and Allison Vincent (Dan); and his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Sam, Luke, Jack, Harper, Sophia, Evelyn, Nora, Rowan and Rory.
