He is survived by: his children, Gwendolyn Mae Smith, Dr. Edward Earl Ramsey Jr., Mary Elaine Ramsey-Jones (Jerome), William Ryan Ramsey Sr., Lisa McCrary Ramsey, Hazel Tyler Ramsey and Vonda Ramsey. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, coworkers, family and friends.
