She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lentzer and Rose Lentzer. She is survived by: her husband Laurence J. "Larry" Seidman; her children, Rosie Hirsch (Tom Bartlett), Cheryl McCarthy (Marc), Mark Seidman (Whitney) and Erika Seidman (Ben Downing); and her grandchildren, Noah Seidman and Rachel Hirsch.

“Elaine was a huge joy in my life as a nurse while at HW. She was the most positive person I've ever cared for. She never complained, even when she had another patient in her shared room that was noisy or fell asleep with the TV at full volume. I remember when she had a patient in the bed behind her who suffered from terrible pain and often cried out for help in a very soft voice. Elaine would press her call light and ask us to attend her roomate. Selfless and kind. I will love her always.”

“In loving memory of Elaine Marcia Seidman, Chris and I come to know Larry and Elaine in March of 2019 as they came to our house to pick out their new GSP puppy. From there we became wonderful friends and spent that whole year together with their new addition Heidi. I will miss her laugh and the talks we had and seeing her beautiful face. She was an amazing person and will be missed. Our prayers go out to her family and we are truly sorry for your loss. With deepest sympathies.”
