She was predeceased by: her parents, George Weimer and Carolyn Weimer (Fishel); her husband Arthur Sowder; and her siblings, William "Bill" Weimer, Francis "Fritz" Weimer and Helen Hessman.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Day; her son-in-law Kevin Day; her grandson Daniel Day (Sarah); and her great grandchild Colton Day.
