She is survived by: her parents, Sheryl Proctor-Bloom (Silcox) and Mark Proctor; her child Oaklyn; her brothers, Aaron Proctor (Aloha) and Matthew Proctor (Shannon); her siblings' children, David, Nick, Saturn and June; her stepfather Edward Bloom; Eric (Jordan). She is also survived by aunts, uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Oaklyn's Indiana 529 Plan to help fund her future education.
