We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2023, at the age of 101, Elsie Merle Cardinal of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Monroe City, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Wilson and Nancy Wilson; her husband Buell Estelle Cardinal; and her siblings, Jim, Sue, Joyce and Donna.

She is survived by: her daughter Tanya Orton; her brother Ron Wilson; and her granddaughter Stephanie Dolan.

Memorials may be given to Chapel Rock Christian Church or the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
