She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Pero and Brenda Pero; her children, Jaxyn Elizabeth Holmes, Ryleigh Kay Workman and Mattilyn Mae Workman; her siblings, Kristin Schuneman (Brandon), Dustin Pero (Monica), Lauren Leigh Cupp and Elizabeth Creekmore; and her nieces and nephews, Andi Kay Schuneman and Charles Rad Schuneman.
