She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Smith. She is survived by: her children, Steve Smith and Teresa Lubbers (Mark); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Smith (Hunter), Krista Lotter (Ben), Luke Smith (Jenny), Betsy Thompson (Mark) and Maggie Birk (Nick). She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
