We announce the death of Faye D. Draper (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on August 21, 2026, at the age of 82. Faye will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Barnett and Virginia Barnett; her son Troy Taylor; her sister Amy Ballou; her nephew Gary "Snoop" Ballou; and her grandparents, Mike, Mary Doss, Preston and Bessie Barnett.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Draper; her daughter Brenda Pherigo; her granddaughters, Amanda Fox (Bryan), Jennifer Alston (Michael) and Brianna Taylor; her great grandchildren, Payton Fox, Natalee Fox, Alex Fox, Savannah Fox and Arianna Alston; her niece Gina Boomgaarden (Monty); and her nephew Randy Ballou (Yvonne).
Faye adored feeding and helping the kitties in her neighborhood so in lieu of flowers, her family asks others to please make a donation to a local animal shelter in her name.
