She is survived by : her husband Ed Mitchell; her children, Danny Tye (Debbie), Jo Ann White, Sandra Tye and Dean Tye (Cynthia); and her siblings, Burley Hammons, Earl Hammons and Ann Epeards. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren.
