He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Crouch and Iva Crouch; his son Jude Crouch; and his siblings, Raymond, Clara, Patricia and Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Georgiann Crouch; his children, Kevin Crouch, Geralyn Seal (Daniel), Brian Crouch (Patricia), Dawn Franklin (Alan) and Rachel Williams (Dana); his grandchildren, Andrew Seal (Liz), Brianna Kortkamp (Thomas), Alyse Johnson (Tristan), Jessica Lawrence, Kirsten Knight (Craig) and Gretchen Horvath; his great grandchildren, Ava, Tommy, Lucy and Ronan; and his sister Sharon Anderson (John). He is also survived by the children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Saints Francis & Clare Catholic Church (5901 W Olive Branch Rd, Greenwood, IN 46143). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 2:15 PM at 1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Gene's honor may be made to the March of Dimes, P.O. Box 5141, Boone, Iowa 50950.
