He is survived by: his wife Amber K. Lyne Hart; his children, Kathy Lynn McDougalle, Karlee Faye McDougalle and Frank Arthur Raymond McDougalle Jr.; his siblings, Loretta Barnett and Art McDougalle; his sister-in-law Keirsten Puckett; and his nieces and nephews, Emily Krebs, Hope Drake, Patricia Barnett, Dustin Barnett, Kristopher McDougalle and Noah McDougalle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, 12 great-nieces and nephews, and many cousins and friends.
