He is survived by: his wife Irene Sabia; his children, Gary Smith (Sheri), Sherry Hurst and Tammy Robinson; his grandchildren, Heather Smith, Tiffany Hurst, Brittany Bell (Thomas), Alex Hurst, Cody Bullock and Kaven Smith; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Aden, Emma, Nevaeh, Alayah, Thomas Jr., Penny and Forrest.
