He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Rooks and Agnes Rooks. He is survived by: his wife Mary Julia Ney Rooks; and his daughters, Deborah Ann Rooks Vincent and Carol Lynn Winkel. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, extended family members and cherished friends.
