He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Powell (Mary) and Jennifer Quick (Jeffery); his siblings, Charles Powell (Marjorie) and Janet Fowler (Kevin); and his granddaughters, Stephanie Luzi (Lorenzo), Olivia Powell and Rebecca Powell.
