He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Boring and Bernice Boring (Lantz); and his siblings, Phillip Boring and Kay Harmes. He is survived by: his wife Karyl (Laitinen); his children, Kristen Cumings (Kale) of Pittsburg, CA, Michael Boring (Amy) of Indianapolis, Sarah Jones (Samuel) of Indianapolis and Elizabeth Sparrow; his grandchildren, Taylor Margvelashvili (Davit) and Kaya Cumings; his siblings-in-law, David Laitinen (Deb), Bill Harmes, Sharon Powell (Greg), Karen Laitinen, Becky Beroney and Janice Boring; and also, Marshall, Stewart, Nigel Boring, Fiona and Phoenix Jones. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
