He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Koker and Madeline M. Koker (Dye); his wives, Vicky A. Koker (Wilson) and Sherry L. Rawson-Koker; and his son Randall Eugene "Randy" Koker.
He is survived by: his children, Jenise Carol Jeffers (Russell Jeffers) and James Cory Koker (Amy Koker); his stepson Samuel P. Rawson, III (Alexis Rawson); and his grandchildren, Nichole Sharp (Jeffers), Jacob "Jake" Jeffers, Nathan "Nate" Jeffers and Katherine "Katy Sue" Koker. He is also survived by great-grand children, along with extended family members and countless friends.
