She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Burkhart and Ardath Yates Burkhart; and her brother Jack Burkhart. She is survived by: her sons, Stan Evans (Allison Wharry) and Brad Evans; her grandchildren, Burk, Annie Evans, Taylor Evans, Shelby Evans (Nicole) and Grace Allen (Logan); and her great grandchildren, McKinley Ardis, Ambrose and Lois Allen.
