He is survived by: his wife Carol Anne (Cerula); his sons, Daniel Christopher Kelly (Stephanie) of Heath Ohio, Sean Michael Kelly (Lenzie) of Heath Ohio, Nicholas Alexander Kelly (Gabrielle) of Carmel Indiana and Patrick Ian Kelly (Ramona) of Indianapolis Indiana; his granddaughters, Cabella, Macie and Laiken Kelly; and his brother Charles Eugene Kelly Jr. (Cheryl) of Greenwood Pennsylvania.
