He was predeceased by: his parents, George Osborn and Ethel Etwell Lee (Latham); and his siblings, Gary Scurry, Danny Scurry, James Sheard, Harold Mason Morton, Shirley A. Lee, Linda S. Beaty and Rozella.
He is survived by: his wife Beulah Lee (Snow); his sons, George W. Lee (Sarah) of Indianapolis and James E. Lee (Becca) of Parrish, Florida; and his brother Harley Lee of Liberty, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Little Red Door Cancer Agency.
