He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Lewis and Martha Lewis; and his nephew Seth Stohler. He is survived by: his siblings, Veronica Stohler, Allen Lewis (Linda) and Dr. Rose Mullen (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of lifelong friends.
