He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Cram-Johnson; his children, Jonathan G Cram, Secilia A Cram and Tiffany G Newell; his grandchildren, Brittany Brawner, Branden Brawner, Tory Brawner, Larissa Webb, Destiny Cram, Alexander Anderson and Jakob Anderson; his wife Rebecca Cram; and his sister Verna May Benz.
