He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Cummins (Hancock); his daughter Dr. Tiffany Ann Cummins (Charles Weiss) of Brooklyn, NY; his siblings, Michael Cummins (Charolet) of Ocala, FL, William Cummins (Jessica) of Marietta, GA, Mary Ann Jackson (Michael) of Monroe, Marie Fuller (Jerry) of Vincennes, IN, Gregory Cummins (Bridget) of Colorado Springs, CO, Helena Cummins of Vincennes, IN, Phillip Cummins (Michelle) of Vincennes, IN and Kevin Cummins (Missy) of Vincennes, IN; his sister-in-law Margaret Cummins of Howe, IN; his granddaughter Lillian Weiss; and his pets, Scarlett and Trotter. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
